Warranty/Return Policy

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately so that we can handle the issue. We will require quality photos of the unopened package damage, as well as the damage to the items themselves.


We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return it for repair or replacement. Returns must be prearranged by email within 3-days of receipt of shipment, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, exchanges or refunds will processed less the shipping and/or transaction fees (i.e. PayPal fees, when applicable). Delivery confirmation is highly recommended. We can not be held liable for returns that do not arrive back to us. We pack our items carefully, but should an item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, you may return it to us for a free repair within 3-days of the arrival of the item. Arrangements for a repair or replacement must be made by email prior to the item(s) being returned.
